Our story

Our trainers are qualified educators and seasoned consultants. They know Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian apps, and they know how to teach them in a way that sticks for admins, end users, and leadership alike.

We combine a passion for enabling teams, deep hands-on experience with Atlassian apps, and a clear understanding of what successful organizational adoption really takes.

We’ve contributed to Atlassian’s official training materials and certification programs, spoken at Atlassian Summit and Team events, and trained partners across Europe and Asia. We’ve been involved with the training program since it launched, so you’re learning from people who’ve helped shape it.

Emma Wolstencroft

Principal Consultant & Co-founder

Emma has a background in technical education and training and has worked directly with Atlassian on their learning programs. An Atlassian apps advocate since 2006, she’s delivered consulting across agile and ITSM practices, app configuration, migrations, and organizational transformation. Emma specializes in turning “tools we have to use” into “tools we love using” through clear, practical, human-focused training.
